He is survived by: his parents, Royce Blackshear (Maggie) and Aleese Blackshear; his daughter Kami Lucas (Mark); his grandson Mark Sharper III; his siblings, Royce Blackshear Jr. (Chu), Tony Blackshear (Francine), David Watson, Denise Blackshear and Latanya Smalls; his stepsister Loretta Brown (Howard); and his cousins, Sharron and Sherel Broomer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and many, many friends.
