He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Cephas and Mable Cephas; his wife Gina Cephas; his son Michael Cephas, Jr.; and his siblings, Cynthia, Beverly, Ronald Cephas and Debbie Woodard.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn Cephas and Nate Webster-Cephas; and his siblings, Jacci Davis, Terry Woodard, Julius Cephas (Nina) of Delaware and Bryant Woodard of Delaware. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
