Manley (Katie), Timothy J. Manley, Sr. (Kristin), Elizabeth A. Marino (Joseph) and Joseph R. Manley (Juliann); his sister Mary Bates (Jay); his grandchildren, Michael E. III, Aidan (Kate), Molly, Caroline, Timmy, Jr., Maddy, Bridget, Patrick, Declan, Cormac, Mona, Ronan, Jospeh, Jr., Magnus and Finnian; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Robinson (Bernie) and Earl Norris (Cheryl).
