It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Wild of Wilmington, Delaware, born in Clinchport, Virginia, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nannie Horton (Carter) and Clyde Horton; and her husband Carl "Buddy" Wild. She is survived by: her children, Joe Wild, Anita Smith, Kim (Steve Mathis), Cynthia Robin (Doug Myers) and Michael Wild. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
In lieu of flower, the family suggests donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
