She is survived by: her parents, Thaddeus Polec and Beverly Polec (Rajkowski); her sisters, Christina James (Frank) and Tara Anderson (Chris); her close friend Andrew McCullough; and her stepdaughter Abby McCullough. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
