She was predeceased by: her husband Felix Cruz Ortiz; and her mother Catalina Rodriguez Rosado. She is survived by: her sons, Luis A. Hernandez Martinez and Francisco Ramos Jr.; her grandchildren, Kiaraliz Hernandez, Jasmica Hernandez, Nixaliz Hernandez, Yeriani Hernandez, Luis A. Hernandez, Francisco Ramos III and Francis E. Ramos; and her great grandchildren, Paris Thalia Garrison, Khaleesi Hernandez, Jordan Evens, Kyro Pierson, Rey Thiago Santiago Hernández and Ryan Gael Santiago Hernández. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends.
