He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Carroll and Pauline Carroll; his wife Marie of Valentine's Day; his daughter Lisa Ann; his siblings, Francis, Ronald, Margaret Ellis, Pauline King and Barbara Kemp; and his in-laws, James and Margaret Mayberry.
He is survived by: his children, Colleen Borgia (Joseph), James, Norm, Patrick (Stephen Powers) and Joseph (Erin); his sister Elizabeth Hastings (Doug); his siblings-in-law, John Mayberry (Mary Ann) and Patricia Gallant; and his grandchildren, Lisa, Kelly, Joseph Borgia, Megan, Matthew and Finnigan Carroll. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
