She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Douglas; her children, Ebony Andrews-Daye, Kenneth "Lil Doug" Fassett (Shema), Benjamin Sheppard, Lamar Dickerson (Terrell), Kimmy Dickerson, Essence Sheppard, Kendall Sheppard and Kenya Douglas; her sisters, Rosalind Thomas (Don Thomas), Barbara Hines (Demetrius) and Valerie Walls; her nieces, Desiree Woodruff (Kevin) and Donisha Thomas; and her nephew James Sheppard. She is also survived by grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
