It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pearre O. Dean Sr. of Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on May 5, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dean and Alice Dean (Owens); and his siblings, Florence Assenheimer, David Robinson, John Dean, Alice Hall, Charles Dean, Margaret Brown, Paul Dean, Annabel Greenidge and Mary Harris.

He is survived by: his wife Delores E. Dean (Scott); his sons, Pearre O. Dean, Jr. (Roslyn), Spencer S. Dean and Zachery K-A. Dean (Jennifer); his grandsons, Miles J. Dean, Nicholas B. Dean and Brayden M. Dean; and his brothers, Robert (Alice) and Frederick Dean.
