In the vast expanse of eternity, Philip shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Philip farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin Soulé and Phyllis Emerson; his significant other Jane Longley; and his children, Philip Jr., Celeste, Veronica, Estelle, Stephen and Thaddeus. He was also cherished by spouses; his nine grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews.
