Phillip D. Vavala Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip D. Vavala (Wilmington, Delaware), who passed away on August 12, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Phillip J. Vavala and Theresa R. M. Sabatino Vavala; his wife Kathleen Healy Vavala; his children, Kathleen M. Vavala and Phillip J. Vavala (Kate); his grandchildren, Phillip R., Elizabeth Vavala, Theresa, James Thomas and Aubrey Edwards; and his siblings, Theresa Episcopo (Phil), Judith Mraz (Robert), James C. Vavala (Agnes) and Mark S. Vavala (Vanessa). He was also cherished by numerous nephews, nieces, grand-nephews and grand-nieces.
