We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2026, at the age of 81, Phyllis Marie Moore (Wilmington, Delaware) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Susan Washington Combs; and her sister Eleanor Lowry. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her daughters, Joyce Moore Stinson and Jennifer Moore Kraft; her grandchildren, Brandon, Matthew, Jonathan, Chloe Stinson, Ryan and Austin Kraft; and her sister Doris Justine Combs. She is also survived by her nephew, nieces, numerous cousins, extended family members, and many dear friends.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Congo Legacy Center (501 W 28th St, Wilmington, DE 19802). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Gracelawn Memoria Park (2220 N Dupont Hwy, New Castle, DE 19720-4432).
