He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Giofre and Stella Giofre (Nesci); his wife Judith (McElwee); and his siblings, Rose Piccirilli, Joseph, Vincent, Dominick, Theresa, Salvatore and Anthony.
He is survived by: his children, Angelo Ralph Giofre, III (Michele), Dominic Giofre and Ann Marie Swift (Jason); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Andrew (Monica), Ashley Rose, Dominic, Jr. (Kristine), Morgan, Luke and Jude; his great grandchildren, Angelo, Mackenzie, Hailey and Kade; and his brother Francis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and members of his large extended family.
