He was predeceased by: his parents, Ransford B. Palmer, Sr. (Burdette) and Helen Eileen Palmer; and his wife Susan R. Palmer. He is survived by: his children, Ransford B. Palmer III and Elizabeth H. Palmer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Delaware Center (1810 N Dupont St, Wilmington, DE 19806). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
