She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond B. Allen, Sr. and Pearl Allen (Henry); her sisters, Catherine Rothwell and Andrea Allen; and her nephew Raymond B. Allen, III.
She is survived by: her children, Atannea Church and Junious Coley; her brother Raymond B. Allen, Jr. (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Ronya, Ronald and Jahmira; her uncle Isaac Henry, Sr.; her aunt Louise Henry; her cousin Nadine Johnson; and her friends, Elder Brenda Williams and Faye Henry.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be mailed in Raymona's memory to Raymond Allen, 296 Burnham Lane, Dover, DE 19904, to help cover the cost of the funeral expenses.
