Julia Gurczenski wrote a sympathy message

“I was fortunate enough to get to know Ray, his wife Debbie, his children and grandchildren. Ray has a beautiful family, who I know will continue carrying on his legacy. Ray had an amazing sense of humor, he was intelligent, loved baseball cards, and adopted the nickname "Ray of Sunshine" which would always make him laugh. Ray and Debbie welcomed me into their home with open arms and are wonderful people. I will never forget Ray. My deepest condolences and peaceful wishes at this time Julia Wolfe”
