We are sad to announce that, on April 1, 2023, at the age of 82, Raymond M. Costello of Wilmington, Delaware, born in DuBois, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Michael Costello. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Sarro); his children, Chris Costello (Deirdre) and Kelly Allison (James); and his grandsons, Tyler and Xavier Allison.

“Unfortunately I just found out today 4/10/23 about Rays passing. I worked at Amtrak from 1972 to about 1979. I was an Electrician and worked solely in the Local Shop. I do remember Ray although did not work directly with his group. It always concerns me when someone I know as I worry if enough friends will show up at the viewing or service for a deceased one. I would hope that many people show up to pay there respect. So add me as a friend to his list of attending persons. My deepest sympathy”
