It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raymond R. Hiltner of Wilmington, Delaware, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 5, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Hiltner, (Ayres) and Charles Hiltner, Sr.; and his brother Charlie. He is survived by: his wife Roseann; and his daughters, Heather and Amber.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Brandywine Valley SPCA New Castle Campus or Voluntary Services at the Wilmington Veterans Hospital, 1601 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19805.
