With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rex Eugene Smock of Wilmington, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 24, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Smock and Eleanor Smock; and his sister Diane Williams. He is survived by: his significant other Pamela Farraday Smock; his children, James Rose, Eric Rose and Michelle Raiger (Frank); and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Francis, Adrianna, Ethan, Stacia, Tonya of Valerie, JJ and Briana. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
