He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Fraatz and Teresa Fraatz (Hesch); his sister Carol Condit; and his brother-in-law David Privett. He is survived by: his wife Janet Fraatz (Staub); his children, Brenda Rabeno and Michael (Gina); his grandchildren, Emma Rabeno, Jack Rabeno, Dylan Fraatz and Sora Fraatz; his siblings, Paul Fraatz (Ronnie), James Fraatz (Peg), Ronald Fraatz (Carol), Donald Fraatz (Mary) and Teri Privett; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Condit and James Staub (Carol). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Faithful Friends Animal Shelter, in honor of Rick's life and spirit.
