He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Johnson and Bernice Johnson. He is survived by: his spouse Loudell (Horton); his children, Kimberley Cushing (Mark), Pamela Hotchkiss (Chris) and Stacy Walsh (Tom); and his grandchildren, Rachel, McKenzie, Sara, Logan and Thomas.
