He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Nester (Diffendal) and Joseph Nester; and his brothers, William and John. He is survived by: his son Mark J.; his daughter-in-law Carolyn Nester of Cranford, NJ; and his grandchildren, Aiden, Brady and Keira.
Funeral services will be private and the family suggests contributions to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 185 Salem Church Road, Newark, De 19713.
