He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, Rich Kollar (Beth) and Ray Kollar (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Keirsten, Collin, Dakota, Danielle, Hailey, Breanna, Alara, Daxton, Landon, Skylar and Dayzi.
