He was predeceased by: his wife Joan E.; and his children, Shirl Grabenstein Sotak and Robert C., Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Hamill (Michael) of Newark, DE and Joan Devaney of Lakewood, Colorado. He is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several brothers and sisters.
