With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Robert J. LaFazia of Wilmington, Delaware, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Robert left this world on May 24, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John LaFazia and Isabella LaFazia (Ventura); his wife Catherine LaFazia (Lucia); and his siblings, John LaFazia and Cecilia Corridori.
He is survived by: his significant other Kitty; his daughters, Dina LaFazia Treml (Michael) and Corinne LaFazia Lizza (Peter); his grandchildren, Nicole Pierce, Shane Treml (Kathleen), Jamie Treml (Kristina) and Mark Lizza; his great grandchildren, Giada, Antonia, Valentina Pierce, Ava, Autumn Treml, Grace and Daisy Treml; and his brother Dennis LaFazia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Joseph on the Brandywine Church (10 Old Church Rd, Greenville, DE 19807). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at the All Saints Cemetery (6001 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808).
