He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Oat (Robinson) and Emmett A. Oat; and his wife Donna Reno Oat. He is survived by: his daughter Carrie Oat Simmons (Mike); his grandson Colin Jordan; and his sister Ellen Robinson. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and close family friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mealey Funeral Home - Limestone (2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
