She was predeceased by: her husband William E. Helms Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Richard Helms, Bill Helms (Carrie), Nathaniel Burns Helms, Faith Helms and Sam Lovecchio; her brother Edward Semchski (late Sally); and her nieces and nephews, Edward, Deneen, Keith and Kevin Semchski.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Delaware Veterans Post #1 (2535 Veterans Dr, Wilmington, DE 19810).
