She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Keim and Catherine Keim; and her brother Francis Keim (Barbara). She is survived by: her husband Jerome "Jerry" Smith; her children, Michael Smith, Meghan Donlon (Thomas), Jeffrey Smith (Frances), Emily Treske (Scott), Jeremy Smith (Kelly) and Katie O'Connor (Matthew); her grandchildren, Joshua, Madilyn Donlon, Brady, Payton Smith, Miles, Lucas Treske, Emma, Owen, Annabelle, Cooper Smith, Liam, Griffin and Findley O'Connor; and her siblings, Kathy Meko (James), Jeanne Phillips (Carmen), Mary Alice Glowacki (Robert), Anthony Keim (Ginny) and Martha Keim. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association or National Kidney Foundation.
