She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Lee Dennis and Frank Anderson; her siblings, Ophelia Reed, Lucille Coston (Nathan), Frank Emory, Roland "Snookie" Dennis of Boston, Elizabeth "Bunny" Jones (Toby), Bernard Dennis and Omar "Uptown" Ali; and her granddaughter Kimwanna Dennis.

She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle "Shell" Conquest (Norman) and Deleia "LeeLee" Shepherd (Kenny); her sister Gloria "Mung" Dennis; her sisters-in-law, Yoko Dennis of Boston and Shirley Lands (George) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Chanda Bullock (Jamal), Ashley Dennis (James), Kenny Dennis (Jessica), Simone Starkey and Shamba'Starkey; her great grandchildren, Chanice, Jy'aire, Jamiyah, Jordyn, Corey, Jamal, Kayla, Kenny Jr., Kodi, Khloe, Kali, Sianni and Jhasei; and her great great grandchildren, Jabril and Jy'aire Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong devoted friends.
