She was predeceased by: her father Rev. Robert Thomas; and her husband Gilbert H. Jackson, Jr.. She is survived by: her brother Nathan Thomas of Philadelphia; her children, Gilbert and Sheryll Slade; her grandson Sean Slade; and her great grandchildren, Alasia Slade and Brieauhna Robinson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
