With sadness, we share the passing of Sandra E. Milligan-James of Wilmington, Delaware. Sandra, born on July 15, 1958, passed away on October 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Tim James; her children, Lyndsey Milligan and Sean Milligan; her stepchildren, Steven and Jesse James; her grandchildren, John, Elias, Nevaeh, Paisley, Jacob and Jesse Jr.; and her siblings, David Morrison and Michelle Yglesias. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close family friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mealey Funeral Home (2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Sandie's name to the Eagles Autism Foundation. Consider a donation, as requested by the family.
