She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche G. Charles and T. Lee Charles; and her siblings, Deborah E. Charles and Kenneth L. Charles. She is survived by: her husband Joseph J. Sarjeant; her daughters, Elizabeth (Liz) and Margaret Salter (Meg); and her grandsons, Rian M. Salter and Chase R. Maxwell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sandy's memory to the Parkinson's Foundation or Gift of Life.
