She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Pierson Clark; her husband Robert; her son Bart R. Shelly (Oanh) of Wilmington; her grandson Justin Shelly of Wilmington; and her brother Bruce Clark (Marlene).
She is survived by: her mother Florence Stuart Clark; her children, Cindy S. McDaniel, Bret D. Shelly (Gina), Linda S. Buchwald (George) of Lewes and Brad M. Shelly of Clayton; and her sibling Carlyn Bailey (Gary) of Rehoboth Beach. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home (1000 N Dupont St, Wilmington, DE 19805). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
