Carter of Wilmington, Delaware, born in Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on November 26, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Tabor (Wimmer) and Elmer Tabor; her son Gene Carter; and her siblings, Doris and Carl.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Carter; her granddaughter Alexis Burris; her great grandchild Jeremiah Ward; and her sisters, Glenna and Patty.
