She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell M. Hill and Gladys Lucille Hill (Chestney); her husband Gerard A. Van Schaik; her son Bryan; and her siblings, Gladys Adams and Russell Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Debra McMullen and Jeff Van Schaik; her stepdaughter Debra Tullio (Tom); and her stepgrandchild Jerry Sheridan (Amy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
