With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stella L. Owen of Wilmington, Delaware, born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 1, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Lynch and Isabel Lynch (Marsh); and her husband Thomas Owen. She is survived by: her son John Wentzel (JulieAnne); her grandchildren, Jack (Elizabeth Russell), Justin and Julia; and her great grandchild Jace. She is also survived by 3 siblings.
