She was predeceased by: her father James Gillespie. She is survived by: her mother Marie Gillespie; her husband Jon P. Beeson; her children, Rachel Johnson (Brandon) and Evan Beeson; her grandsons, Henry, Leo and Elliot Johnson; and her siblings, Marie Walters (Dennis), James Gillespie (Nadeen) and Franny Gillespie. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Delaware Veterans Post #1, 2535 Veterans Dr, Wilmington, DE 19810 or to the Nemours Grateful Patient & Family Philanthropy Fund: Cardiology Department in honor of her grandson Elliot.
