She was predeceased by: her husband Kevin; and her father Edward Churchwell. She is survived by: her daughters, Valentina Collas (Branton Jones) and Savannah Collas (Steven Lind); her mother Sandra "Sandi" Kubicek (Ed); and her brothers, Don Churchwell and Brian Churchwell (Sharon). She is also survived by three nieces, two nephews and one great nephew.
