He was predeceased by: his parents, Lizzie Price and Vernon Price; his grandfather Peter Price; his wife Marie Steward Price; his siblings, Vernon L Price, Edna Mae, Ezekial, Peter Madison, Walter, James, Gladys, Florence and Idella; and his great grandchildren, Kaiya Gardley, Jaxxon Price, Kalel Price and Ki Gardley Jr..
He is survived by: his cousin Lilly Mae Price Freeman (James Freeman); his children, Kenneth Price (Naomi Price), Rafiq Ali (Mary Price) and Denneice Muhammad (Shajee Muhammad); his sisters, Mary Warren and Martha G. Victor; his grandchildren, Jarell Price (L. C. Price), Jarid Price (Jennifer Price), Cole Price, Arram Price (Kalani Price) and Tieraney Price-Gardley (Ki Gardley); and his nephew Neices. He is also survived by Cousins, In laws.
