He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Bradshaw (McCann) and Thomas Bradshaw; his wife Frances A. Bradshaw; his daughter Elizabeth A. Holt; and his granddaughter Amanda E. Holt.

He is survived by: his children, Peter M. Bradshaw (Lisa), Thomas A. Bradshaw Jr. (Lauren), Francis R. Bradshaw (Erica) and Mary T. James (Bryan); his son-in-law Dr. Charles Holt; his grandchildren, John Holt (Mary), Frances Morgan (Eric), Thomas Holt (Maia), Grace Holt, William Holt (Anna), Peter Bradshaw Jr. (Lexi), Danielle Bradshaw, Katie Walsh (Chris), Brandon Bradshaw, Dr. Alexander Bradshaw, Shane Bradshaw (Dianna), Shannon Bradshaw (Shakira), Sarah James (Jason), Benjamin James and Michael James; his great grandchildren, Kollin, Brighid, Sawyer, Cormac, Kai, Rei, Cole, Mason and Noah; and his sister Barbara McNicholas. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many cherished friends.
