He was predeceased by: his wife Glendora Kilbourne; his daughter Patricia "Patti" Kilbourne; and his parents, Radcliffe Kilbourne and Lois Kilbourne. He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Martin (Blake), Amy Kilbourne-Fish (Richard) and Wendy Strowhouer (Ted); and his grandchildren, Christopher Martin, Whitney Paschal, Kelsey McGonigle, Kilby Benson, Haley Strowhouer, Domenic Fish and Toby Strowhouer. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Tom's memory to Trinity Presbyterian Church, 1120 Darley Rd., Wilmington, DE 19810.
