He is survived by: his wife Paulette Williams; his son Thomas Miller; his stepdaughters, Melissa Bratcher and Paula Sharpe; his siblings, Lulu J. Todd, Barbara A. Williams, Gloria J. Williams, Patricia V. Williams, Carolyn S. Williams, Dawn C. Williams and Harry N. Williams; his nephew James "JimmyB" Stewart; and his cousin Alfreda "Sissy" Garland. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, cousins and friends.
