She is survived by: her husband Arthur Edward Wheeler, Jr.; her children, Arthur Edward Wheeler, III (Jill) of Wilmington, DE, Andrea Wheeler, Angela Wheeler of Baltimore, MD and Wilson of Southern Maryland; her siblings, Marian Rudd and Theodore Edwards; and her grandchildren, Arthur Edward Wheeler IV, Jason Wheeler and Megan Barnett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
