We are sad to announce that, on December 4, 2021, at the age of 74, Victoria A. Long of Wilmington, Delaware, born in Lockport, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Ellen Webb Rapp; her husband Harry C. Long; her sister Denise Stearns; and her friend Jeanna Cugno. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Lynn Ruby (Brian); her granddaughter Alysia Victoria Van Looy; and her siblings, Kay Bieber, Kathy McKeever, William and James Rapp. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Vicki's name to the Helen Graham center, 4701 Ogletown Stanton Rd, Newark, DE 19713.
