He is survived by: his children, Wanda Mullins (Gary), Rita Mullins, Sandy Ciccantelli, Angela Hensley and Vincent L. Ciccantelli (Shannon); and his sisters, Mary Powell and Theresa Bailey. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
