She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Torrence and Janie Torrence; her husband LeRoy Bailey, Sr.; her daughter Rhonda Bailey Minor; and her siblings, Clinton Torrence, Jr. (Bub), Fred Torrence, Harry Torrence, Develda Torrence (DD), Alexander Torrence, Willie Gene Torrence, Lucille Torrence, Rosetta Torrence (NJ), Mary Torrence Kerns, Anna Torrence Hunter, Sarah Torrence Hunsucker, Margaret Torrence Johnson, Norabelle Torrence Tyson and Ophelia Torrence Dubose.

She is survived by: her sons, LeRoy Bailey Jr. (Renee) of Smyrna, DE and Bruce Bailey of Wilmington, DE; her sisters, Helen Parsons of Newark, DE, Marian Jeter of Huntersville, NC, Juanita Morrow of Huntersville, NC and Catherine Russell of Los Angeles, CA; and her grandchildren, Danita Williams, Myesha Chambers, Dawn Robinson, Christina Robinson, Jamya Livingston, Nicole Owens, Sharif Bailey and Jerry Mason. She is also survived by nine great-grandsons; three great-granddaughters, and four great-great-grandchildren.
