He was predeceased by: his parent McKniff-Klepacki. He is survived by: his wife Karen A. May-Klepacki; his children, Lauren Klepacki, Kyle Klepacki (Heather) and Tara Klepacki; his siblings, Margaret McClay (Ralph), Richard Klepacki, Michael Klepacki, Beth Ann Klepacki and Barbara Travers (Michael); and his grandchildren, Chyanne, Angelo, Ellie, Isaac and Wesley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
