She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl R. Stutzman and Gladys Shadle Stutzman; and her husband Brian Jay Bettcher. She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Diane Bettcher; her sister Ann Stutzman Philiposian (Mihran); her brother-in-law Hal "Bud" Bettcher (Sharon); her sibling's children, Joe Philiposian (Tessa), Chris Philiposian (Samantha), Tim Philiposian (Catherine), Michael Bettcher and Rachel Bettcher; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma, Abby, Tyler and Elias Philiposian.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Trinity Presbyterian Church (1120 Darley Rd, Wilmington, DE 19810). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the Delaware Ovarian Cancer Foundation, 701 Sweetleaf Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808 would be appreciated.
