He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard H. Williams, Sr. and Mary N. Williams; and his sister Deborah (Deal). He is survived by: his children, Shamika Davis (Nelson Jr.) of Wilmington, Williard H. Williams III of Newark, Jermaine Williams (Chrystal) of Wilmington Delaware and Tyrone Williams of Newark, Delaware; his brother Larry Williams; and his grandchildren, Shannon Davis, Nichelle Davis, Willard Williams IV, Jermaine Williams Jr., Madison Lottie, Nelson Davis III and Carmen Moultrie (Tarell).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Congo Legacy Center (501 W 28th St, Wilmington, DE 19802).
