He was predeceased by: his parents, George Collins and Helen Collins; his daughter Hannah; his brother Howard; his brother-in-law John; and his niece Amber.

He is survived by: his sons, Ezra (Malu) and Alex; his family, Bethel and Church; his wife Brenda; his grandchildren, Lyndon and Cyn'Nyah; his sisters, Joan (Greg) and Jane; his sister-in-law Bonita; and his siblings' children, Quentin (Marhonda), Dominick, Jarrad, Sharon and Jocelyn.
